Pre/Postnatal Workshop

Expecting? New mother? Curious about changes that are beneficial for your practice? Come join us! Alex J and Dr. Kayla Ives from pelvic physio will lead students through modifications to explore throughout pregnancy and into post partum. There will be a Q&A segment as well time to try on modifications for some of your favorite movements. Cost is $10 for members and non-members. Hope to see you there!
