Promotion Opportunities for Tenants

As a valued One Pacific Place tenant, we are pleased to offer you the following ways to promote your business. Simply click on each tab to see the details and read the specifics about how to make your requests and how to provide the assets we need to represent your brand appropriately.

Please note that requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, balanced with giving opportunity to all within each calendar year.

This 8’ wide x 4’ tall banner sits at the West entrance of the shopping center and is a great way to advertise your business to the many people driving by and entering One Pacific Place.

Banners are currently scheduled to be displayed in 2-week increments. We will work to accommodate all requests and to assure that all tenants who request a banner get placement in the calendar year. In most cases, banner placement is on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon request, you will be notified of confirmation of your requested dates and when your banner or artwork is needed to fulfill your request. Should the deadlines not be met, we will have to give the space to the tenant next in line.

PLEASE NOTE: Tenants may not install or take down banners. Installation costs are complimentary to tenants.

To request placement on the banner space, please select from the following options:

  • Option 1: Supply your own banner that meets these specifications:
    • 8’ x 4’ , vinyl material, grommets in all four corners and evenly spaced on all sides
  • Option 2: Provide artwork for a banner designed to the following specifications. We will show you the design for approval with one change allowed, and we will produce for you.
    • 300 dpi resolution, CMYK color mode, PDF file
  • Option 3: Have the banner designed and produced for you. Simply upload your logo and any imagery you want included (highest resolution possible) and the content you want. You’ll see there is a word limit to content, so think “brief and succinct.”

The costs are as follows:

  • Artwork as requested – $45/hour (Estimated in advance)
  • Banner production – 8’ X 4’ with grommets, 1-side, full color – $70

All costs will be billed to the tenant by Zaiss & Company with terms to pay in 30 days.  You will be asked to sign an estimate in advance of production.

Timeline to production is 8 business days. Rush timing and associated costs are available upon request.

Tenants who do not pay for their banners in 30-days will not be allowed to request another date until their invoice is paid.

Catch the attention of One Pacific Place website visitors with a promotion on our home page! The ad can include an image and short content.

Simply upload an image that meets the following specifications and the promotion information that meets the character counts.

Specs:

  • Image (minimum 1024px x 550px)
  • Headline (70 characters max)
  • Body (250 characters max)

Timeline from submission to your promotion appearing live on the website is minimum 5 business days. Website home page promotions will change each week. We will work to accommodate all requests, primarily on a first-come, first-served basis. We will work to assure that all tenants who make requests receive placement on the website home page in the calendar year.

Did you know there are Event and Offers pages on our website? It’s true, and your event or offer needs to be listed! We’re happy to add them any time.

One Pacific Place is social! We are posting regularly on Facebook and Instagram and we want to promote your business on these social channels.

We plan our posts weeks in advance, so let us know what’s happening with your business as soon as you can. We will try to accommodate last-minute requests, too because sometimes, the pop-ups are really fun for customers.

Simply complete the form with the information we need, meeting specifications for images and character counts.

One Pacific Place sends an enewsletter to a growing number of subscribers on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. We’re happy to include news of your event or offer, and just give your brand some love.

Placement is on a first-come, first-served basis and we will consider an urgent event or offer over brand, but will include all tenants in the enewsletter at least twice in each calendar year.

Be sure to subscribe to the enewsletter yourself!
